At Holsworthy Aquatic Centre, not only do we teach swimming to young children, we also provide our services to all ages and abilities. Our adults classes are designed for those wishing to learn swimming for the very first time, or wanting to improve their stroke and breathing techniques.
Our adult classes are designed to teach you the basics of swimming such as buoyancy, breath control and also to have the ability to move through the water at an efficient level. All this is achieved at your own pace, ensuring you are comfortable with the environment and task at hand.
We have adult classes running 7 days a week, including weekday morning sessions, bookings essential.
