“My husband and I are very happy with how our daughter Nikita is progressing in swimming. She has been in swimming lessons from 3 months of age, and now at 20 months we are confident that if she fell into the water she would be able to rise to surface, rollover and float or turn around grab the wall and climb out” - Kalpana Lata

Did you know...

  • Studies have found that children who start swimming from an early age are less susceptible to illness. This is due to them being physically active and healthy which allows the immune system to develop.
  • Being physically active stimulates both sides of the brain. Most children not participating in regular physical activity don't start to really develop both sides of the brain until the kinder years when they start to socialise and go to kinder.
  • Children and babies learn best through play and what better way to learn than from their parents. In our baby classes we work with you the parent, to teach you how to teach your baby to swim.
  • Starting swimming early has great benefits and helps to develop 'life saving' habits as the child grows older. In classes you will learn a variety of floating, balance, kicking and water safety skills to practise with your child.
