Adult Swimming Lessons at Holsworthy Aquatic Centre – Learn to Swim at Any Age
At Holsworthy Aquatic Centre, we believe it’s never too late to learn how to swim. Our adult swimming lessons are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to those wanting to improve their stroke technique and breath control.
Our friendly, qualified teachers guide you through the fundamentals of swimming, including buoyancy, breath control, and how to move efficiently through water. Each lesson is tailored to your ability, allowing you to progress at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment.
We offer swimming classes for adults 7 days a week, including convenient weekday morning sessions. Whether you're learning to swim for the first time or returning to the pool after years away, we’re here to help you build confidence and enjoy the water. We also offer Adult Squad for swimmers who are confident in all strokes and looking to build fitness in the pool. Sessions are run by our qualified squad coach on Saturday mornings at 6:30am.
