Squads
Once the correct technique is mastered, students then progress to our Squad levels.
Within our Squad program students further develop their competitive swimming, improving their stamina and endurance.
We currently have three squad levels - Frogs, Stingrays and Sharks.
These levels consist of refining and conditioning through various methods and drills so our swimmers are able to become the best competitive swimmer they can be. It is also a great option for students who have graduated from our Learn to Swim Program and would like to just 'swim for fitness'.
All new students must be assessed before moving into squads.

Our Squad levels
Frogs
This is our first level of Squads program and is designed for students new to Squads swimming, or Squad swimmers looking to swim for fitness.
Comitment: Minimum of 2 sessions each week
Focus: Stroke devleopment, refinement of technique, training skills
Stingrays
The second level of our Squads program, for those looking to extend themselves further to refine their technique for build endurance (Progression through levels is at the coaches discretion).
Comitment: Minimum of 3 sessions each week
Focus: Race skills development, refinement of strokes, imrpoving PBs
Sharks
Our third and highest level of our Squads program, for our experienced Squad swimmers who ar dedicated to swimming and competing.
Comitment: Minimum of 4 sessions per week
Focus: IM, Aerobic and skill developement, racing skills and teachniques
